FREE Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. While seated on chairs, people can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends. Contact Stella Weller if you have questions.

As the wise men visited Jesus at Epiphany, so it is traditional to ask a blessing upon the homes of Christians for the coming year during this season. Please sign up in the narthex, or contact one of the pastors, if you would like to schedule an appointment to pray a blessing for your home for the coming year during this season. They will be happy to do it!

South Oakland Shelter @ Antioch
Monday, March 13
St. John will help South Oakland Shelter (SOS) by providing dinner for thirty homeless clients.
Donations of toiletry items will also be gratefully accepted.
